1. Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Certain products such as personal care items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
- We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
5. How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
(Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
